The challenge

Argon & Co is a global management consultancy specialising in operations strategy and transformation. With marketing resources spread thin, the firm needed content support from an agency that grasped the complexity of its operations and could translate technical content for a broader audience. After a period of company growth, it also needed to realign its tone of voice across the business.

The solution

To reestablish an aligned tone of voice across the firm, we ran an in-person workshop with key stakeholders. From this, we created a new set of company guidelines, so that everyone at Argon & Co was singing from the same hymn sheet. As an extension of the guidelines we wrote press releases and web copy in the new tone of voice, which provided good examples of in-situ material to demonstrate the updated Argon & Co tone of voice.

After a successful whitepaper rewrite, we are now collaborating on a series of expert-led pieces of long form content.
